3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 Ownership of Your Content You retain all rights and ownership of the files, images, documents, and data ("User Content") that you upload, import, edit, or process using the App. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

3.2 Responsibility for Content You are solely responsible for the User Content you process using the App. You agree that you will not use the App to:

Process illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

Edit or modify documents to commit fraud, forgery, or impersonation.

Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

3.3 Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Use the App to distribute malware or viruses.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Accuracy of OCR and Conversions

4.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology and file conversion features provided in the App are automated processes. While we strive for high accuracy, the results depend heavily on the quality of the source image, lighting conditions, and handwriting clarity. We do not guarantee that the text extraction or file conversion will be 100% accurate or error-free. You acknowledge that the converted documents may require manual verification and correction.

4.2 Formatting Changes When converting images to PDF or editing existing PDFs, minor changes in formatting, layout, or resolution may occur. We are not liable for any such alterations during the processing.

5. Data Security and Local Storage

The App primarily processes files locally on your device. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your original files. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of data that may occur while using the App's editing or storage management features.

6. Third-Party Services and Advertisements

6.1 Advertising The App is supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree that we may display third-party advertisements within the interface. These ads are provided by external networks, and we do not endorse or guarantee the products or services advertised.

6.2 Third-Party Links The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, content, or practices of such external sites.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App itself, including its source code, design, interface, graphics, and trademarks (excluding User Content), is the property of PDF Editor - Convert File (or its developer) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
